Haus of Reed & Pyper was founded with a straightforward premise: property owners deserve a management company that treats their investment the way they would. Not a call center. Not a franchise. A local team that knows the market, knows the tenants, and knows what it takes to protect long-term value.
We operate in Norman and the OKC metro because that's where we live and work. We know the neighborhoods, the rental market dynamics, and the vendors worth calling. That local knowledge isn't incidental — it's the whole point.
